Provide a remarkable customer experience Answer inbound calls, set sales appointments, set annual maintenance or customer warranty service appointment, and follow up with customers on a variety of issues/occasions Preform outbound calls, mail postcards, and send emails regarding estimates, maintenance, and other customer-related issues Ensure all paperwork, data entry, and correspondence is accurate, timely, and completed according to company procedure Perform administrative functions to support all departments as needed What we need for this role:
